Stuffing Mix For Turkey, Chicken And Fish

For chicken 2 frozen slices of brown bread

For turkey, 4 and

For fish 1

30gm butter for per slice bread

½ for fish and 1 for rest, brown onion

2 to 3 sprigs of sage

1 to 2 cloves garlic

1 to 2, 3 mushrooms sliced

1 to3,4 dried apricots diced

No 1 is for fish and the rest is respectively for chicken and turkey

Grated rind of half a lemon

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon b.b.q. spice

1 teaspoon season all

½ teaspoon smokey b.b.q. spice

Process sliced onion, sage and garlic in a food processor. keep aside.

Do the same with broken bits of frozen brown bread.

Melt butter in a medium non stick fry pan on medium heat

Add processed onions , sage, and garlic,

Fry for a while and then add mushrooms, apricots and seasoning, salt, and lemon rind

Stir fry for a minute and then add the breadcrumbs, mixing it all quickly.

The stuffing is ready, you can use it to stuff fish, chicken or turkey.
