Baked Fish
Baked Snapper Or Any Big Firm Fleshed Fish
In a baking tray place the clean fish
Stuff it if you like with the stuffing mix in a previous recipe
Squeeze 1 lemon juice over it,
Sprinkle with light soy sauce and sprigs of fresh coriander leaves
Dot it with a few bits of butter
Cover with foil and bake in oven at 170 degrees for ¾,s of an hour
In the meantime make lemon sauce that I wrote in another recipe and after ¾ hour lift the foil cover off the fish and pour the lemon sauce over it. bake uncovered for another ¼, hour or till cooked
