Apricot Delight
Fruit Delight
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup SR flour
any soft fruit (raw or preserved)
sufficient milk to make mixture consistency of stiff butter
Beat butter and sugar, add egg then flour, and lastly milk. Put into a well-greased pie plate or any other appropriate dish, cover with soft fruit and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 mins. Sprinkle with sugar and serve warm and with cream.
